Work Model
Xeridia follows a lifecycle model based on Agile Frameworks: SCRUM, Extreme Programming, Kanban, and Lean.The choice of framework depends on the nature of the product, project, and client.To support our lifecycle methodology, we use the ORBIS platform, centeredaround the Jira tool, which enables project lifecycle management. Additionally, we take into account the influence of ISO standards currently in use, summarized in the Integrated Management System.
